Wild spinner dolphins are seen on the vast majority of our trips, and our captains know where they like to rest along the West Oʻahu coast. On the Dolphin Excursion + Reef Snorkel, sightings are guaranteed — if we do not find dolphins, you go home with a return-trip voucher. Seeing them underwater is the goal rather than a promise, since they are wild animals free to roam.

Bring a swimsuit (worn under your clothes), a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. We recommend a light layer for the boat ride and a dry change of clothes for after. We provide all the snorkel gear and flotation, plus a cooler with cold drinks, so you can travel light.

Yes. Families and first-timers are welcome. Our crew is lifeguard-certified and we provide flotation devices for everyone, so you can relax and enjoy the water even if you're not a strong swimmer. Let us know about your group when you book and we'll make sure everyone is comfortable.

Your safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund. Hawaiʻi's ocean can change quickly, so the call is always made by the captain on the day. We'll keep you informed as early as we can.

Plans change — just give us as much notice as you can so we can offer your seat to someone else. The exact terms are shown when you book through our online booking system. If we cancel a trip due to weather or sea conditions, you'll be offered a reschedule or a refund.

Our dolphin and snorkel excursions run year-round and the West Oʻahu coast is calm and clear most days. Humpback whales are seasonal — they visit Hawaiian waters roughly December through March, which is when we run our whale watching tour. Green sea turtles can be found all year on our snorkel sites.

Yes. There's parking at Waiʻanae Boat Harbor near our departure point. We'll send you meeting details when you book so you know exactly where to go and how much time to allow.

Absolutely. Masks, snorkels, fins and flotation are all included. If you'd rather bring your own gear, you're welcome to — just let the crew know when you board.

All of our trips depart from Waiʻanae Boat Harbor on the west side of Oʻahu. Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure so we can check you in and get the boat away on time. Exact directions and timing are included in your booking confirmation.

We keep our trips small — a maximum of 16 guests aboard our 34-foot rigid inflatable boat. Smaller groups mean more room, a more personal experience, and a better chance to enjoy the wildlife with your naturalist guide.
