Three steps to the group rate
The group rate applies to the Dolphin Excursion + Reef Snorkel — our three-hour morning trip with wild dolphin viewing and a turtle-reef snorkel stop.
Count six adults
The rate starts at six adults on the same booking. It applies to the adult ticket — children already book at their own lower rate, so they do not count toward the six.
Pick a date
Departures at 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM, and 9:00 AM on selected days. Check in thirty minutes before departure at Waiʻanae Boat Harbour — parking there is free and secure.
Book the group tickets
Choose the group tickets for your party in the booking window and check out. Every trip is capped at sixteen guests, so six of you is already a good share of the boat.
What each seat costs
Group rate against the standard tickets on the Dolphin Excursion. Kamaʻaina and military rates are available to anyone with valid ID and do not need a group.
Group rate — $160 per adult
Six or more adults on one booking. Not available over the late-December holidays or the late-March break, when the boat books out at standard rates.
Adult — $180
Ages 13 and up, the standard seat.
Kamaʻaina / Military — $165
Ages 13 and up with valid ID. No minimum party size.
Child — $135
Ages 4 to 12, already discounted, so the group rate does not apply. Children under 4 are not permitted on a public trip.
Take the whole boat — $2,430
More than a handful of you, or a group that would rather not share? A private charter books the entire boat for up to sixteen people at a flat $2,430 — the same three hours, the same crew, nobody else aboard.
A charter has no age restrictions, so it is the way to bring children under four, who cannot join a public trip.
We only have one boat, so charters are first come, first served and worth booking well ahead — a date with an existing reservation on it cannot be chartered.
What comes with every seat
Snorkel gear for each guest — mask, fins, snorkel and life vest, cleaned and disinfected at our own harbour facility between trips. Prescription masks are on board from -1.5 to -6.0 if you wear glasses.
A deli lunch with your choice of sandwich and chips, and a cooler of cold non-alcoholic drinks. Dry bags and soft coolers with complimentary ice for your own things.
Free hotel pickup from Waikīkī or Ko Olina on the morning trips, at no extra cost. If you are driving yourself, parking at the harbour is free and secure.
