Booking and payment. Bookings and payments are handled through our trusted third-party booking provider. When you book online, your booking and payment details are processed by that provider through their own secure systems. We receive the information needed to prepare for your trip; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Cookies. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Sharing your information. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to operate — such as our booking and payment provider — and only as needed to deliver the service you've asked for, or where we're required to by law.

Keeping your information. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to handle any follow-up about your trip. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to remove it.
